There is more to working out than just the gym. Try this newfangled routines for a change for a more fun and enjoyable exercise session.

Do you feel like a hamster running on a wheel when you’re on the treadmill at the gym? Or hate the monotonous gym workouts provided by your trainer? Well, you aren’t the only one. We prefer exercises disguised as fun activities ourselves. It just makes life much easier, you know.

There are many fun workout options available that’ll have you hankering for more when the class ends. Ever heard of Piloxing, Bokwa or Xtend Barre? No? Now you will.

These are basically fusion exercises that combine the fat busting and muscle toning aspects of each exercise to create a holistic and all over workout. Most of them provide cardio training as well as toning, which may just be much more effective than what you’re doing at the gym.

So after eating all those pineapple tarts over Chinese New Year, it’s time to re-look your exercise routine and whip that body back into shape for beach season. No more leg days, arm days or abs days, exercise your entire body and strengthen your core muscles at one go with these full body workouts!
