With a glitzy outfit, bold pixie cut and a killer confidence to boot – this Californian starlet is undoubtedly taking the fashion world by storm.
Always known to be a risk-taker with her unpredictable fashion choices, Zendaya Coleman is perhaps the most versatile starlet we’ve seen on the red carpet lately. From androgynous to feminine, sophisticated to edgy, she manages to pull off every look almost effortlessly, rapidly becoming one of the most prominent style icons today.
Needless to say, this starlet never failed to bedazzle us once more at the 2015 BET Awards, donning a three-quarter sleeved, shimmery mini-shirt dress from Lebanese designer Nicolas Jebran that was completely embellished in rhinestones. As if we were not thoroughly impressed already, she paired the bejewelled mini with sky-high sparkling pink platforms that not only accentuated her long legs but kept the overall look young and stylish at the same time.
While the entire getup may have otherwise been a fashion faux pas, this fearless fashionista steered away from it by toning the glam factor down a notch, keeping the look simple with minimal accessories. We love how the soft, pastel eye and lip makeup against her radiant, olive skin worked well with her chic pixie cut, perfectly complementing the jewel tones of the dress without going over the top.
She may be only 18, but with such impeccable fashion sense, it’s clear this style chameleon is one to watch.
