For a true bespoke experience, this is one shoe fair not to miss.
Shoes lovers are in for treat as Robinsons inaugurates its first Shoe Fair with a whole host of activities, starting with tattoos. Instead of committing to a skin tattoo for the rest of your lives, get an elaborate design inked on your shoes. Yes, shoes.
For the first time, Robinsons is bringing in a team of Olivier Sweeney tattoo artists from the UK to its Orchard Road store this weekend, 11 – 13 April. Tattoos are immaculately crafted by hand using an actual tattoo gun and ink, leaving you with prized shoes to bring home. To be entitled for free customization, simply purchase of a pair of shoes from the dapper-esque Olivier Sweeney collection.
If tattoos are still not your choice of customization – whether on your skin or shoes – then take part in a series of other promotions and customization activities Robinsons has in store for the month of April.
From 17 – 20 April, OCBC Robinsons Cardmembers will enjoy a 20% discount on the new Spring Summer 2014 collection for both men and women. And for pair of sneakers bought in-store, shoppers may look forward to getting their initials customized onto them by SBTG’s Mark Ong (between 18 – 20 April). With commissioned designs done for DC Shoes and New Balance, SBTG is essentially synonymous with sneaker customization – so your sneakers are in pretty deft hands.
Now, the only thing to contemplate is which pair to buy and which pair to customize. Tough choice, eh?
