About the cocktail: Recognising the potential of the franchise, Darren Lim incorporated surprising elements into his fruity blend that mimics the unexpected twists of the movie.
#1 Bloody Kramer (Recipe)
Ingredients: 30ml Cointreau Blood Orange, 60ml Cranberry Juice, 45ml Coconut Water, 45ml Sprite (or 7-Up), 1 teaspoon of Basil Seeds, Severed fingers gummy candy
Steps:
1. Pour Cointreau Blood Orange, Cranberry Juice, Coconut Water, Basil seeds and Sprite
(or 7- Up) into glass and mix2. Top up glass with ice and serve with severed fingers gummy candy
#2 Oh Well

Inspiration: The Ring (1999)Following the mysterious deaths of 4 teenagers causes inquisitive reporter Asakawa to dig deeper, only to realise that a vengeful spirit is behind the killings. Through the use of cursed videotapes, Asakawa unearths a truly terrifying plot in the works.
About the cocktail: 'Oh Well' oozes a creamy and cheesy finish that is suffused with a sweetness from the Cointreau noir and a delicious coffee aroma. Vietnamese egg coffee was also added to mimic the Asian tang associated with the Japanese horror film, the Ring.
#2 Oh Well (Recipe)
Ingredients (Serves 1): 50 ml Cointreau Noir, ½ Tablespoon Cheese Spread, ½ Tablespoon of Salted Butter 1 Egg, ½ Tablespoon Condensed Milk, 60ml Espresso (coffee of preference), 1 Rosemary Leaf
Steps:
1. Separate the egg yolk and discard the egg white
2. Place the yolk, cheese spread, salted butter and condensed milk in a small deep bowl and whisk vigorously until your mixture resembles a frothy, fluffy foam.
3. Add ice, espresso and Cointreau Noir in a glass and top it up with the foam mixture
4. Garnish with Rosemary Leaves and serve
#3 Dolly The Doll

Inspiration: Annabelle (2014)Annabelle, a perfect gift from a doting husband to his expectant wife, quickly turns into something much more malevolent when a duo of devil worshippers break into their house and unleash a menacing entity in the form of a doll.
About the cocktail: Imbuing a sweet yet acidic aftertaste in this blend, 'Dolly the doll' revives a childish fear of dolls that many of us seem to be weary of. The cocktail also brings out the child-like lollipop flavour interspersed with a foreboding bitter touch.
#3 Dolly The Doll (Recipe)
Ingredients (Serves 10): 500ml Cointreau Blood Orange, 1 litre The Botanist Gin, 2 Jasmine teabags, 10 Star Anise, 8 Lemons, 8 Limes, 300g Sugar, 600ml Water, 450ml Ginger Beer, 50ml Grenadine
Syrup, Shiso Leaves
Steps:
1. Add The Botanist Islay Dry Gin and Jasmine Tea in a container and leave it overnight to let it infuse.
2. Peel the Lemons, Oranges And Limes; keep the peels.
3. Squeeze the juices from the Lemons, Oranges And Limes into a container.
4. Bring water to boil and add sugar.
5. Stir boiling water until sugar is dissolved.
6. Add Star Anise, Orange, Lime and Lemon juices and peels into the boiling water.
7. Stir slowly on high heat until the mixture becomes thick.
8. Strain mixture to form homemade spice syrup.
9. For each serving, add 40 ml Infused The Botanist Islay Dry Gin, 40ml Cointreau Blood
Orange, 50 ml of spice syrup and ice into cocktail shaker.
10. Shake and Strain into a glass with ice and top up with Ginger Beer.
11. Add 5ml of Grenadine Syrup and garnish with Shiso Leaves.
#4 Third Eye

Inspiration: Child's play (1988)A single mother gifts a popular 'Chucky' doll to her son as a birthday present only to realise that the doll contains the possessed soul of a notorious killer.
About the cocktail: Distinct elements of this cult horror film can be clearly illustrated by the orange hair and turquoise eyes reminiscent of the 'Chucky' doll. The added touch of the lychee eye clearly signifies the Chinese belief of the '3rd eye' that is able to see ghosts and unnatural identities.
#4 Third Eye (Recipe)
Ingredients (Serves 1): 60ml Cointreau Noir, 40ml Fresh Orange Juice, 20ml Orange Syrup, 20ml Lime Juice,
30ml Lychee Juice, 1 Lychee Fruit (canned), 1 Green Grape, 1 Blueberry
Steps (To create Chucky’s eye):
1. Cut a small hole at the top of the green grape and insert the blueberry.
2. Place the green grape inside the lychee to complete Chucky’s eye.
Steps (To create the Third Eye):
1. Pour Cointreau Noir, fresh orange juice, lime and lychee juice along with the
orange syrup into a glass.
2. Top up the drink with ice.
3. Garnish with the eye to serve

Inspiration: Scream (1996)A masked killer stalks and taunts his victims before brutally slaughtering them. A group of friends at the centre of the conflict are targeted by this killer, however, it is soon revealed that one of their number was behind the killings.
About the cocktail: The sweet and fruity taste characterised by the sour finish and the earthy aftertaste aptly describes the unexpected yet deadly feel of Scream.
#5 Slash (Recipe)
Ingredients (Serves 5): 120ml Cointreau Blood Orange, 300ml Red Apple Juice, 120ml Pink Grapefruit Juice,
60ml Beetroot Juice, Lemon Zest
Steps:
1. Pour the Cointreau Blood Orange, red apple juice, pink grapefruit juice and
beetroot juice into a container and mix.
2. Refrigerate the mixture overnight.
3. Pour into glass and add the lemon zest.
4. Serve cold without ice.

Inspiration - IT (2017): IT depicts the tale of 7 pre-teen outcasts who must band together to face off against a shape-shifting demon that poses as a terrifiyng clown.
About the Cocktail: The cocktail consists of a honey-like yet bittersweet texture that depicts the shifting perceptions of clowns. Once thought as humorous entertainers, clowns are increasingly associated with frightening entities. This distinct shift in attitude towards clowns can be aptly shown by the almost childlike milkshake yet bittersweet cocktail concoction curated by renowned bartender Mohd Irwan.
#6 What Dreams Are Made Of (Recipe)
Ingredients (Serves 1): 40 ml Cointreau Noir, 30ml Honey, 1 ¾ Cups Yogurt Ice Cream, 200ml Milk, 2
Teaspoon Basil Seeds, 15ml Grenadine Syrup, 6ml Aperol, 1 cup of Ice, Lemon Zest,
Whipped Cream
Steps:
1. Soak Basil seeds in Grenadine Syrup and Water.
2. Pour honey, yogurt ice cream, milk, Cointreau Noir and ice into a separate container.
3. Blend Cointreau Noir mixture until liquid is runny.
4. Add in lemon zest and pour into glass.
6. Add 1 teaspoon of Basil seed mixture in glass and stir well.
7. Top it up with whipped cream and serve
