Chikin
Combining the best of two Asian culinary disciplines: the art of Japanese Yakitori and the mouthwatering flavours of Szechuan Shao Kao (meaning BBQ), Chikin specializes in Szechuan Yakitori and Cocktail Infusions. Using the Japanese methods of grilling skewers over Binchotan flames, Chikin ditches the traditional Japanese sauces and instead spices it up with a signature Szechuan peppercorn sauce. Virtually unheard of in Singapore, this innovative technique sets Chikin apart from other Yakitori joints.

Ann Siang Hill’s resident British gastropub, Oxwell & Co proudly unveils a brand-new Apothecary. Themed as a hidden medieval pharmacy on the third floor of Oxwell & Co, this quirky waterhole is adorned with house made elixirs, jars of garnishes and endless medicine drawers that promise to treat all that ails you. Unusual mixers like the 'Pearly White Polish Fenicilin' and 'Sailor Painkiller', are just a few of the quirkily-named drinks reminiscent of a vintage clinic.
