With the FIFA ‘14 Finals and Bastille Day happening this week, amongst other exciting events, the next seven days promise to offer a whole lot.

The week has definitely been dramatic so far, with Brazil’s defeat on their home turf, to the ongoing issues between Israel and Palestine. Embrace the ups and downs of life and let the drama continue, in a positive way, this week. In the spirit of healthy competition, make a guess about whether the World Cup will go back to South America, or stay in Europe, whilst enjoying beers and cheers with friends in the wee hours, or celebrate Democracy coming to France and a large part of the world, by enjoying some typical French foods, drink and music on Bastille Day. If partying isn’t your cup of tea, spend time reflecting at the Karla Marchesi exhibition, or eating your fill at the Singapore Food Festival. No matter your preference, there’s definitely something for you to fruitfully occupy your time with this week.
