Valentino opens Canton Road flagship store in Hong Kong

Graced by celebrities and socialites like Fan Bingbing and Carina Lau, the Italian luxury house recently opened its largest store in Hong Kong.
With the burgeoning luxury industry in Asia, it only makes sense that brands are flocking to our side of the world and opening up new and grander storefronts. Most recently, Italian house, Valentino made its mark by unveiling their largest store in Hong Kong on Canton Road, Harbour City.
Designed by David Chipperfield Architects, together with Valentino's creative directors, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli, the futuristic store features a sleek grey-metallic outlook that meshes with a tinge of the old to create a Palazzo atmosphere. The magnificent two-storey façade will see shoppers moving between apparel and accessories through the sculptural staircase that's lined with mannequins in the season's latest offerings.
To celebrate the store's opening, celebrities and socialites were invited to partake in the revelry, including Siwon Choi, member of the South Korean boy group, Super Junior and Tiffany Hwang, member of, Girls' Generation, Fan Bingbing, Carina Lau, Bosco Wong and Pakho Chau, among others.
Now, the next time you find yourself in Hong Kong, be sure to include a trip to Valentino's store because by the looks of it, it's quite the stunning showroom.
