TV series: Are you crushing on the sexy Mentalist?

We are fed up of the formats. Even in business, we began to recruit the literary, the creative, those with free electrons. And Patrick Jane (Simon Baker) has this exact charm. Just his car alone, a vintage 1971 Citroen DS21 Pallas…he is a mentalist, therefore modern, but vintage, and very nostalgic. He is a complete man, completely balanced with yin and yang, male and female. Anti-macho, he has a CEO as a wife, Teresa Lisbon. Like many couples, professionals or otherwise, they have a complicated relationship, but cannot live without each other.

“The Mentalist has all the charm of an old detective, reminiscent of Columbo with his falsely innocent appearance and French car brand, who solves crimes using his fine perception of human behaviour,” says Marjolaine Boutet.

You want to spend time with a nice guy. Someone who, in another time, might have acted in Friends. As Roger Moore, he smiles all the time, with that air of knowing what is about to happen. Of course does, he is the mentalist.
