Just as we were attempting to get over the extraordinary fashion seen during the Golden Globes this year, we couldn’t help but be in awe of all the beauty looks. While nude lips and shimmering skin was a focus this year, we were pleasantly surprised at a handful of celebrities who took the plunge to add some colour into their beauty looks.

While many opted for a luscious pout using a gloss formula, actress Eva Longoria opted for a matte formula. She kept the rest of her look sultry with a smokey eye look. Very minimal colour was observed on the cheeks. The emphasis was on the darkness of the eyes (we loved how glitter was used on the lower lashline) and pop of colour on the lips.
