As we step in the pool and due to chlorine, our hair colour changes during the holiday season! Redken educator Camille Flipo gives us some tips to banish the greenish hue without the need to re-colour!

The pro tip:

Pour a packet of aspirin in a glass of water.
Apply it on wet hair.
Rinse and then wash your hair as usual: do two rounds of shampoo and do not forget the in-shower hair treatment. Use a colour protective product or even better, an antireflection one!

The best advice:

To maintain a beautiful colour all summer and avoid the appearance of green, red or yellow reflections, use a protective sun spray generously throughout the hair. These hair products will create a protective barrier around the hair to keep the sun or chlorine from tarnishing your colouring. Also, they are often very nutritious and prevent the dry-hair effect after the holidays.
