Skin: Which skincare routine should I adopt for maximum efficiency?

Let’s face it – if women just met some basic guidelines, they would preserve their skin substantially, and so much more cheaply. Here’s how.

1) Clean your face every morning and evening, using a cleansing milk (do not use soap!) and mineral water. Be sure to dry your face thoroughly.

2) Protect yourself actively and sufficiently from the sun.

3) Give up smoking.

4) Do physical activity (three hours per week). A recent British study published in the “Archives of Internal Medicine” showed that “biological aging is slower amongst active people”. The studied parameters of cellular aging went up to ten years! Might sport actually be a good treatment for cellular rejuvenation?

5) Schedule a visit to the dermatologist, make it a point not to let a single mark or suspicious lesion go by unnoticed; start a laser treatment that will maintain the appearance of beautiful skin, abandon inadequate care, and adopt good cosmetic habits.
