Forest green liner and peachy cheeks – learn how to recreate NOHKE’s Spring/Summer 2015 makeup look
This winter, ditch the stereotypical dark colours for something a little more fun, and totally flattering. As seen on runways such as NOHKE at Seoul Fashion Week, green eyeliner is a beauty staple this season, and we are head over heels in love with it. Depending on your skin tone, choose a forest-green shade that is perfect – for lighter skin, opt for a darker shade and the opposite for warmer skin.
We suggest working on your eyes first. This way, if there is any fall out that occurs after you finish with eyeshadow, you can clean it up. Use the lighter shade in the NARS duo eyeshadow set and sweep it across your entire eyelid, do not go pass the crease. Thereafter, use a clean blending brush to dust on the warmer shade within your crease – from the inner corner of the eye to the outer eyelid. Apply a generous amount of your green liner within your waterline and on your lower lash line. Use your fingers or a synthetic liner brush to blend the eyeliner so that there are no visible harsh lines. Complete your eyes with your favourite black eyeliner and mascara.
Once moisturised and primed, apply a radiance-boosting foundation all over your face and neck. Pull the look together with a peachy blush and a rosy lip tint – voila!
