We do not deny that this hairstyle is one of the most difficult to achieve. So instead of attempting to reproduce the exact look, be inspired by its super trendy retro style and recreate one with your own twist!

The look:

This hairstyle is “a retro bun look, which gives the impression of a banana crepe restrained in a hurry by a scarf,” says Odile Gilbert.

Tips from Odile Gilbert, Hairdresser Studio:

1) Work roots with a dry shampoo to create the matte finish seen on the runways. This will also make the hair will hold better.

2) Wrap the hair into a side chignon. Tuck away stray strands with the use of pins that you can hide behind the veil.

3) Spritz on hairspray from a distance of thirty centimeters to hold the entire look together.

The look:

This hairstyle is simple and pretty minimalist – a low ponytail, complemented with a small lock of hair hanging by the side.

Tips from Delphine Courteille, Chief cabin hair on the show:

1) Smooth the roots by watering lacquer and straighten your hair with a flat iron to further accentuate the look.

2) Create a parting with the tip of a tail comb, starting from the hairline to the top of the head.

3) With an eyebrow comb that you previously painted, polish finish setting the hair and small ears.

Seen at Anthony Vaccarello: The Sleek Look

The look:

A hairstyle combining both volume and smooth lengths. Indeed, Anthony Turner says he was inspired by the supermodel Anja Rubik. He restyled her hair by running bare hands through it as she went from show to show.

Tips from Anthony Turner, hairstylist:

1) Dampen the hair with water, before applying a styling mousse. The water will help stimulate the active product in the mousse.

2) Create a glossy finish by applying a dry oil throughout the hair and smooth it down with your fingers.

3) After which, create volume from the roots with a hair dryer and round brush.

Seen at Giambattista Valli: The Messy Bun

The look:

A chic hairstyle that looks like we went to bed in a bun and got out of bed with a perfectly disheveled bun!

Tips from Orlando Pita, hairstylist and supervisor on the show:

1) Add volume to the roots by sprinkling texturizing powder, then massage it in.

2) Create and pin down the bun. This step is a bit technical but it can be explained in three steps:

– Make a ponytail in the middle of the head,

– Twist the ponytail tightly

– Align the twisted ponytail into a bun along the hair tie used for the ponytail. Secure with bobby pins.

3) Highlight the “tousled and disheveled effect” by sticking pins everywhere to create the messy outlook.

Seen at Kenzo: The Bad Girl Look

The look:

This is an almost grungy hairstyle that definitely portrays a bad girl vibe.

Tips from Anthony Turner, hairstylist:

1) For a “dirty hair” finish, slightly apply the gel on the roots and the lengths, while pressing them down with four fingers.

2) Emphasize on the grunge portion of the look by mixing different textures: gel, foam and hairspray.

3) Break lengths . Using a curling iron, the nerve caused by an elastic too tight is reproduced.
