Alexander Wang's first scent for Balenciaga is revealed

The moment we've all been waiting for is finally here - Alexander Wang has created his first scent for Balenciaga! Since taking the reigns as Creative Director of the French fashion house in 2012, the young American designer has experienced many successes - but this will be his first ever perfume for the luxury label.
It is rumoured that the new scent has been in the works since Wang joined the company in 2012 - and that the "woody" fragrance entitled B. Balenciaga will contain notes of lily, violet green leaves, cedar wood among others. The modern glass bottle is designed with the idea of cracked marble floors ... replicating the houses original Balenciaga salon in Paris.
The ad campaign, shot by Steven Klein is also oh so compelling, featuring model Anna Ewers rocking a sleek cat-eyed look.
So make some room on your vanity shelf, because this is a fragrance you'll need to have!
B. Balenciaga perfume is due to be released in October 2014.
