No matter what your age is, everyone yearns to attain youthful looking skin, and it can now be easier done with The Body Shop’s first offerings of 2015.

At times, we tend not to look forward to the new year as much for it signifies the addition of yet another number on our biological clock – makes it worse when our birthday falls within the first quarter of the year.

While our age continues to increase, our skin elasticity begins its dreadful decline but at least we can find some solace in the beauty industry and hope beyond hope to retain a youthful appearance. Time may not turn back physically but there are still ways to pretend that it did, for instance with the help of The Body  Shop’s Drops of Youth range.

To add on to their arsenal of age-defying weapons, the British skincare brand introduced Bouncy Sleeping Mask and Wonderblur, the primer with skincare benefits. Packed with powerful Edelweiss stem cells and Community Fair Trade Babassu Oil, both the products aim to deliver smoother and more radiant looking skin. The mask also contains Adenosine, which is a known pro collagen active and caffeine, to aid in circulation. With its literally bouncy texture, the leave-on mask is neither heavy nor greasy to the touch and if you’d like, you could in fact use it as a daily night moisturiser if you have dry skin – it’s all a matter of terminology after all.

So with these youth-enhancing products in tow, we’ll instead be proudly saying hello when our age counter turns a number.
