In Singapore, the brands under Estée Lauder companies are teaming up with Tangs to donate profits of limited edition products sales for a good cause.

Pink has always been associated with women and more recently, it has become the colour of the Breast Cancer Awareness campaign, during the month of October.

A little known fact is that this stellar movement has its foundations in fashion. It was the Vice President of the Estée Lauder companies, Evelyn Lauder who founded the The Breast Cancer Research Foundation and went on to establish the now globally recognisable pink ribbon symbol.

No wonder then, that during this month Estée Lauder is continuing to support the cause – by taking action and with your help.

In Singapore, the beauty brand is tying up with Tangs department stores and offering limited edition items where 100% of the profits will donated to raise funds to provide free mamograms for women from low income groups.

Among those products are some of Estée Lauder’s brands’ best sellers including The Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion from Clinique complete with a pink charm (approx. 72), Estée Lauder’s Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II with  a pink ribbon bracelet (approx. 120), and a special French Pink Set from Bobbi Brown consisting of blush and mini face blender brush (approx. 64).

You can also support the campaign by purchasing some limited edition items (pink t-shirt, bracelet, etc…) designed by Nic Wong, the Singaporean designer of the SATURDAY label.

Whichever way you to choose to support Breast Cancer awareness this month, make sure you too get regular mamograms if you are above 40. For more information, visit the Breast Cancer Foundation website.

All items are available at Tangs department stores in Singapore, while stocks last. For more about Estee Lauder’s BCA campaign, visit their website and facebook page.
