Let’s not be green with envy but L’Oréal Professionel has named the elegant French lady Eva Green as their new ambassador. Check out the details behind the announcement.

First she was a lethal Bond Girl, then she plays an enigmatic heroine in hit series Penny Dreadful and next she will star in Tim Burton’s latest film Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. But for now, Eva Green takes centre stage as the international spokesperson for hair mogul L’Oréal Professionel.

The 34-year-old Parisian will be at the forefront of the product line Wet Domination by Tecni.ART, a styling range that promises a quick, ultra-wet look. Eva herself takes great pride in her hair (given that glorious mane, we can relate). “As an actress, hair is so important. You need a very good relationship with your hairdresser and together we create the hairstyles,” the natural Brunette says in a statement. “My hairdresser uses, of course, the leader of hair products, L’Oréal Professionnel. I am very glad to be on board on this new adventure.

Meanwhile, Anne-Laure Lecerf, International Managing Director at L’Oreal Professionnel, highlighted Eva’s fashion sense and appreciation to hairdressers both on and off screen. “We have chosen Eva Green because she perfectly embodies our values,” Anne-Laure said. “Her beauty, modernity & personal appeal captivate. I am convinced that Eva Green will be an amazing advantage for L’Oreal Professionnel.”

Wet Domination by Tecni.ART will be available at L’Oréal Professionel salons this April.
