Lusting over a pair of Louboutins but don’t have the money to spare? It’s your lucky day.
Christian Louboutin follows in the footsteps of luxury designers such as Chanel, Burberry and Tom Ford as he launches an assortment of nail polishes – the first products to grace his upcoming beauty line.
Earlier in his career, Louboutin took his assistants red nail polish and painted the bottom of a pair of heels – thus creating his signature red soles we all lust after.
The iconic product is set to be the “Rouge Louboutin” nail varnish – a deep red polish that matches the brand’s coveted red soles.
The full nail polish range (launching august 31) will include 30 colours in three different categories: Pops, Nudes and Noirs and will cost you USD50 per bottle – making it the most expensive nail polish on the luxury beauty market.
Inspired by a calligraphy pen, the sleek packaging doesn’t disappoint either… the polishes will look stunning on your hands, and displayed on your vanity table.
We don’t know about you, but we can’t wait to get our hands on these beauties…
