On Saturday, you are going to be running around from the supermarket, to the gym, hairdresser, cinema, followed by a family lunch on Sunday, dinner with friends, to a home rearrangement. Make up for all the unreplied emails in your inbox by being friendly in your response. However, you will be reluctant to think about work, you make the effort to be present for your family and friends first and foremost. The week will be very intense, just like the weekend (in a good way), and you won’t even need supplements because you are in shape to keep up with your schedule.

An unproductive weekend, considering the drop in your energy level. Don’t worry, you will be fine towards the end of the month. For now, take some vitamins and relax. If needed be, say no to dinners and excursions that don’t excite you. Don’t feel obliged to justify yourself, wanting to laze around in front of the TV after having done your part at work is perfectly fine. The next weekend will be completely different though.
