Catch an exciting line-up of art installations and performances by local and international artists at the annual Singapore Night Festival.
August is certainly turning out to be the most happening month this year and if your calendar isn’t already chock full of National Day events to attend, you might want to leave space for the annual Singapore Night Festival happening over two weekends from 21 to 29 August at Bras Basah Bugis Precinct.
This year’s nocturnal installation takes on a decidedly sparkly spin with its Glitz and Glamour theme, so it’s only befitting then that the festival is a celebration of creative displays of light installations, aerial stunts and LED lights performances by street artists, which is in stark contrast to last year’s Bold and Beautiful motif featuring experimental collaborations with international artists.
In celebration of SG50, visitors can look forward to exciting performances by stand-up comedians, cabaret routines, live music, a theatre play and even puppet performances! Entertaining shows aside, you can load up on food at The Festival Village while checking out the booths, flea markets and buskers adding to the revelry of the night.
