At Chopsuey Cafe, get to taste a one-of-a-kind Yusheng (S$28++ for half, S$48++ for full) made out of trout, kale, celeriac, sprouts, red radish, blueberries, and wild rice. The homemade dressing of fresh calamansi, lemon juice, plum sauce, marmalade, and Japanese vinegar rounds things out with a perfect balance of sweet and sour. We’re also particularly fond of the Truffled Rice Chicken Sausage, a perfect indulgent treat for all truffle lovers. On top of that, the cafe will be offering a specially-created Lucky Puppy cocktail (S$19++) of Monkey Shoulder whisky, Martini Rosso, and Cointreau to perfectly complement the chef’s special dishes.

While Park Hotel Clarke Quay doesn’t have a dedicated Chinese restaurant, the banquet chef, Chef James Wong, is more than capable of dishing delicious Chinese cuisine. Look forward to some unique dishes, including Steamed Red Garoupa Fish Rolls with Asparagus and a French-style roast chicken that puts a spin on the traditional dish.
