Best Dressed of the Week: Léa Seydoux in Prada at the BAFTAs
Forget the music stars at the Grammys – it was the French actress who wowed at the red carpet of Sunday’s British Academy Film and Television Awards in London.
While the Grammys might have stolen the spotlight away from the BAFTAs last Sunday, for us at least, no one stood out on either red carpets like Léa Seydoux did.
Attending the British Academy Film and Television Awards 2015, at the Royal Opera House, in London, the gorgeous French actress – who rose to fame after winning a Palme D’Or at the Cannes Film Festival in 2013 for her role in ‘Blue is the Warmest Colour‘ in 2013 – looked glowing in a custom-made yellow Prada gown which fit her to perfection.
The next Bond Girl who has had a very successful year starring in some of the biggest films of 2014 – including Beauty and the Beast, The Grand Budapest Hotel and Saint Laurent – opted for a classic bob and red lipstick to up the glamour factor and stand out on the red carpet.
We love how that unusual shade of warm yellow complements her skin tone and hair colour and make her look every inch the movie star she is. The jewellery was kept to a minimum with a pair of yellow diamond earrings to match her dress.
We’re hoping other stars will follow suit and make a colourful splash at the Oscars in two weeks time. Until then,we’ll be marvelling at this stunning look.
