Why we love it:
As Hollywood’s biggest celebrities showcased their intricate designer gowns on the red carpet at the Oscars yesterday, we were left swooning over some of their gorgeous choices for sure. True, a gown fit for such an event would hardly find itself relevant in our reality-friendly and practical wardrobe – but jewellery on the other hand would be a much better investment if we were to splash on something for once.
One particular jewellery piece to be specific, and that was Emma Stone‘s stunning diamond cuffs in 18k yellow and white gold from the 2015 Tiffany Blue Book collection. While her gorgeous Elie Saab dress and dazzling smile are what won us over at first, once we zoomed in and got to see that wrist arm candy, we were swooning even more.
We love the statement design and combination of yellow and white gold with scattered diamonds which makes the cuff look less conventional and more of a modern take on vintage jewellery. Such piece is made to be passed from generation to another and is a perfect example of diamonds being a girl’s best friend.
Frankly, we wouldn’t even mind if someone proposed to us with this instead of a classic engagement ring. Seriously, who needs a heart-shaped diamond ring a la Lady Gaga when this cuff is on their wrist? Take note Taylor Kinney!
