After a successful debut in Europe, this globally-inspired brand is bringing its one-of-a-kind style sensibility to Singapore.

Ever since wealth in the world starting increasing, luxury goods have consistently been synonymous with exorbitant price tags, for which brands tend to justify by championing the decadent quality of said products.

However, others are going against the grain and taking matters into their own hands by providing luxury within hands-reach of everyone. One such label would be Singapore-based brand, Patricia Rox. The label, originally established in Paris, aims to pair hand-made creativity with exquisite craftsmanship to deliver contemporary, travel-inspired designs and silhouettes for the discerning, modern woman.

First starting out as a Fashion Lawyer, Patricia Haywood, now Founder and Creative Director of the brand is on a prolific journey to produce well-tailored and practical pieces at an easily accessible level to women everywhere.

No doubt, the gavel has been dropped and the evidence lies in the clothes. For their Spring/ Summer 2015 collection, The Fantasy Capsule, you’ll be treated to a kaleidoscope of bold colours and intricate floral prints reinterpreted and hand-drawn by artisans. The selection of silk kaftan-style dresses exude an effortless charm ideal for a summer vacation on a French Riviera and to accessorise, there’s the whimsical circus-inspired scarves or buffalo horn and enamel jewellery to pick from – it’s ultimately the whole package at Patricia Rox.

By working with designers from around the world, Patricia Rox essentially becomes a treasure trove of cultural artistry, where some hand-drawn prints take close to 200-300 hours to etch out. Additionally, the use of natural materials such as silk, cotton, linen, horn, enamel and pearl are ethically and sustainably sourced from across the globe.

The verdict? That dedication is definitely the true hallmark of the Patricia Rox brand, without which we would not be so lavishly treated to such intricate and thoughtful designs.
