#GOSF: Google introduces the Great Online Shopping Festival 2015

As though we do not already have enough online shopping sites, irresistible deals and physical stores offering discounts throughout the year, Google has teamed up with DBS and SingPost for a 3-day online shopping fiesta next month, from February 2nd to 4th.
Dubbed as the Great Online Shopping Festival (#GOSF – because everything comes with a hashtag), the event will partner up with key online players such as Zalora, Luxola, Lazada, Courts and more to be revealed closer to the date. Seeing that Singaporeans are one of the most connected and technologically savvy people in the world, this project makes perfect sense with our growing e-commerce industry.
Similar to US’s Cyber Monday and China’s Singles Day, GOSF may be a new venture in Singapore but has made its debut in India’s e-commerce world back in 2012 and continued since then with increasing success. Essentially, see this event as a curated selection of the best deals from your favourite e-tailers, supported by the biggest tech giant – it can’t get any better than this.
So thumb shoppers, it’s time to warm those fingers up and keep the cards within reach!
