Sienna Miller in Gucci wowed everyone. The choice of the fabric and colour was perfect for her. We love how the drape was not too long and clumsy looking. Pefection to the T.

Elie Saab FW15 was a show not to be missed. Many would say it was couture fashion as one of its best and we cannot help but agree. Take this piece for example - it had just the right amount of slickness and glossiness mixed with a touch of vintage.

Lupita Nyong'o in Calvin Klein was a refreshing change from her pastel numbers. The gown fits perfectly and made her shine. Apt for the Star Wars character we must add.

Zuhair Murad's FW15 was full of glitz and sparkle. We love this particular piece which featured one of the hottest hues of the season. Also, the cut is impeccable.

Natasha Poly in Michael Kors showed us that gold is a beautiful colour to strut down the red carpet. Let's not forget the plunging neckline definitely got our attention.

Toni Garrn keeps it chic and classy with this KaufmanFranco design. It may have been minimal but it made a statement. We love how the overall look has been styled, from the hair to makeup. Together with the clutch, there was no way we could fault her.

Let’s take a walk down memory lane as we recount the most gorgeous gowns over the past year.

2015 has been a great year for fashion. As much as we liked the refreshing change of seeing our gorgeous actresses don suit and ties in place of gowns, we do have a soft corner for the latter.

We saw some of the most stunning gowns on the various red carpets and even during fashion week this year. While Fall/ Winter 2015 gave us deeper tones, the Cannes Film Festival saw colour and texture. We were not so thrilled with the nearly naked dress trend (seen heavily during the Met Gala), but we will overlook that as we recall the many looks which made us green with envy. One example would be Li Bingbing who looked flawless in her ethereal Zuhair Murad gown – sheer perfection don’t you think?
