Get the Look: ZAC by Zac Posen's preppy day dress

The Spring collections are ones to look out for, especially for us in the equatorial region! It's time to note down some style pointers with Zac Posen's latest NYFW runway show.
Celebrity designer Zac Posen started off New York Fashion Week with his sister line ZAC Zac Posen, sending models down the runway with airy, floaty looks fit for a summer's day in the park. This week we take a look at one of the Spring 2016 outfits, comprising of a preppy midi dress and loafers.
No one can dispute that the American designer does both red carpet and casual equally well. We find an alternative to the printed dress seen on the runway with this Rebecca Taylor piece with a matching tie-front waist detail. Following suit with the show's velvet loafers are a glossy black patent leather pair by Robert Clergerie, in a simple slip-on style perfect for looking polished on casual weekends.
Tote around a black sling bag and keep the accessories to a minimum. Finish off with a no-makeup makeup look with a nude pout and glowing skin, and you're ready to take on the day.
