From sporty heels, pointed-toe pumps and knee high sandals – take a look at some of our favourite Spring 2014 shoe trends.

From sporty heels, pointed-toe pumps and knee high sandals its time to sink your feet into this seasons most coveted trends.

Whites: Ditch the dark colours from the winter time and add some white to your wardrobe. The bold white shoe adds an essence of glamour to any outfit. Add a chunky white heel like the ones from the Calvin Klein Collection to make a neutral outfit stand out, or opt for a slick white pump such as the ones from the Christian Dior collection to make any dress look more modern and sophisticated.

Sporty: As one of this seasons hottest trends, take step in the right direction by adding elements of sportiness to your classic heel. As seen straight of the runway’s of PradaCommes des Garçons and many more this style of shoe has quickly become on of our favourites here at Marie France Asia. Whether it be through the use of sneaker straps like Prada or Laces on heels like Dior – the sporty pump is a must-have in your wardrobe this season!

Pointed-toe Pumps: Put your best foot forward in the simple, feminine pointed-toe pump. These chic pumps are our favourite away of dressing up any outfit. Pair the Altuzarra nude pointed-toe pumps with black jeans and a simple T-shirt to give the look a feminine twist. If jeans aren’t your thing, add the Bottega Veneta black pointed-toe pumps to a pencil skirt and a shirt to give your outfit a business-chic vibe.

Mesh: Give your basic ankle boot or heel a transformation with the addition of a little mesh! Keep it  classic with Christopher Kane’s mesh heel or have a little fun with the trend by adding a touch of gold and a polka dot pattern just like the ones straight of Balmain’s catwalk.

Gladiator Knee High Sandals: As seen before on Kourtney Kardashian, knee high sandals are nothing but hot this season! Whether you go for a thick, classic strap like Derek Lam’s knee high sandals, or opt for Robert Cavalli’s thin strapped Knee high sandals this trend can be used to give the illusion of elongated, slimmer legs.

Not sure where to start? Here’s a little shopping guide that will help you get the perfect bang-on-trend shoes for Spring and Summer 2014!
