Always thought that Fall was about the dark shades, solid palettes and fuzzy textures? Think again. As seen in streetstyle, the new outlook on Fall fashion involves a relaxed approach to what would have previously been ignored, such as florals and bright hues (which are usually reserved for Spring), shorter hemlines and light layers.
For our unpredictable climate, anything (that isn't too thick) goes. Classic prints like houndstooth and anything animal-inspired get updates when worn in summery shades. Florals however, are treated the opposite and mimic the flora that actually darken and wither in real life. Clashing prints on a single item are the new statement pieces for the end-of-year wardrobes.
