Slogan Bags
Slogan bags were a frequent sight this year. Many paired them with even the most structured of outfits, such as suits. While it reminded us of our childhood, it is time to say goodbye to this style for good now.

2015 saw the comback of overalls and it was all over the street with varying lengths. Sadly, it is not for everyone and we are tired of seeing it just as much as playsuits.

Les Petits Jouers
Statement clutches from Les Petits Jouers were popular this year, with the one of the most photographed designs being the Alex Lego bag. It was a novel idea but the graphic style has been stretched way too far from such clutches to even matching print tops.

Moschino Bear
Cute is an understatement when it comes to the Moschino Bear. However it became a little excessive when the design spread from dresses to bags. Perhaps the bear is best left displayed on your shelves.

Gucci Fur Slides
Fur slides were seen almost everywhere this year but it is high time to note that they are not to be paired with every single outfit.

Rainbow trout bag
While we like the random burst of colour, it is time to say goodbye to rainbow trout bags for now. We've seen them enough for the year.

Fanny Packs
Fanny packs made a comeback this year and they were so commonly seen that we felt that we have returned to the 80s. While they are great thanks to the convenient hands-free nature, we feel this vintage item should remain in its era.

Maxi Coats
The streetstyle influx of maxi and midi coats has bored us and here's hoping that 2016 brings a fresher concept when it comes to coats. The bloom patterns were pretty while they lasted.

Pegged jeans
Pegged jeans as a streetstyle has been questionable right from the start. While we know that is comfortable, we can't help but also feel that it looks sloppy.

Textured skirts
The popularity of this streetstyle reminds us of the era of bandage skirts. Textured skirts though fun are not as flattering on every body shape.

Every year, certain styles make a regular appearance more than another - here are some of those culprits who never seemed to take their exit.

From sticker bags to fur slides, 2015 has brought with itself an influx of It items that were seen literally everywhere - bloggers and models all sported them to no end.

One such item which we are hoping retires by the end of this year are slogan bags. The choice of bags for example have shifted from classy black hues to fun and extravagant sticker prints. Think of it as your childhood obsession of sticking iron-on stickers onto your bags, jackets or even pasting them on your lunch boxes. Anya Hindmarch’s concept may won us over initially but we have not been seeing the end of these bags. The messages may have been cute but it is time for the streetstyle gang to bring back some solid colours instead.
