Charles & Keith x UN Women Limited Edition Necklace
updated the 7 October 2015 à 00:03Invest in the progress of women in the most fashionable way possible!
Thinking of how to spend your third pay slip of the year? Maybe on Issey Miyake’s Bao Bao Lucent Graffiti Tote, or perhaps a pair of Mystic Vintage Flinders? How about a necklace? But not just any necklace – a necklace from Charles and Keith that has the power to change the lives of women.
In support of the progress of women in the most fashionable way possible, Charles & Keith has collaborated with the Singapore Committee for UN Women and will be launching a range of Limited-Edition necklaces, intricately handmade by a family-run women’s enterprise in the Philippines. What better way to support the progress of women with what women love?
In conjunction with the launch of International Women’s Day, the Limited-Edition necklace will only go on sale in limited quantity on March 3, 2014 and will be sold exclusively online. Partial proceeds will go to the Singapore Committee for UN Women to cultivate more productive workers, healthier and better-educated families, and ultimately to more prosperous communities.
Our favourite? The necklace in that gorgeous bronze shade! Tones down the volume of the necklace, yet still beckons a second glance from on-lookers due its alluring shade. Top a white deconstructed shirt dress with this statement piece and a pair of plimsoll sneakers for brunch with your girlfriends, or pair it with a bodycon LBD for date nights with your beau. Statement-worthy, yet versatile and highly wearable – all that you can ask for in accessories!
Charles & Keith x UN Women Limited-Edition Necklace (approx. USD27.60.) will be available online from March 3, 2014.
