Award-winning New York-based burger and milkshake parlour to open in MBS
Black Tap Craft Burger & Beers will open at Marina Bay Sands this year, marking its first foray in Asia since opening in New York City.
Is there anything more gratifying to the soul than a hearty combination of burgers, decadent milkshake and solid craft beer? We think not.
If you concur, you’ll be gratified to know that New York City-based Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer will be opening at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands later in the year. This will make its first foray in Asia since it first opened in NYC in 2015.
Known for its signature classic burgers, selection of craft beer and extraordinary out-of-this-world milkshakes, Black Tap is owned by Michelin-starred chef Joe Isidori and restaurateur Chris Barish.
Diners can expect all crowd favourites from its New York menu – like the award-winning Greg Norman burger, All-American burger and, of course, the CrazyShake milkshake menu. There’s something for the discerning eaters too: scrumptious healthy options like a burger salad and the vegetarian Falafel burger will also be on the menu.
The restaurant itself will be fashioned like a quintessential old-school American diner, complete with 90s’ hip and 80s’ pop music, with touches of Singaporean design inspiration.
