The durian season is here again and we’ve sniffed out the best treats for you in town. We bet you’re already drooling at the mere mention.

The durian season is upon us again! And depending on your preference, it is either a nightmare or a dream. Yes, the fragrant pong of the durian is described as ambrosial for people who love the King of Fruit but can be akin to gas leak for those who don’t.

But for those who do, we’ve done the sniffing for you and found some of the best durian treats in town. From durian connoisseurs like Goodwood Park Hotel with their annual durian fiesta to the traditionally enjoyed Rich and Good Cake Shop, we’ve found Instagram worthy rainbow rolls and actual foodgasm Swiss rolls.

We are sure there are many other durian treats out there like durian goreng, durian pengat, durian ice cream and even durian candy. Personally we like the fruit on its own.

What are your favourites? Let us know in the comments!
