Flying in authentic Japanese desserts from Niigata, its renowned rice capital, this kawaii cafe allows you to savour the taste of authentic daifuku mochi. Their vast range of mochi desserts brag of cream daifuku, traditional mochi and even daifuku ice cream. Colliding flavours from both countries, Amiral Atalier certainly made the collision ultra explosive in terms of taste and creativity. We’re overlooking their decadent cakes and tarts for now and focusing on their delicate Sakura Mochi Mousse Cake. A contemporary take on the Sakura mochi, this pastry entails a dome of light creamy mousse draped around a strawberry-filled mochi, all seated on a crusty bed of biscuit. We promise this masterpiece will meet all your expectations and beyond.
