Bistro November
Hurry, because you can only get brunch at Bistro November for a limited time. The restaurant is a pop-up concept at Hotel 1929 which will run until – you guessed it – November. Helmed by Australians chef John Paul Fiechtner and sommelier Sally Humble, who come from prestigious fine-dining backgrounds, the focus is on innovation and freshness. The Sunday Brunch menu at Bistro November comes at SGD45 per person for seven courses. The menu changes weekly, depending on what the team finds, so you get the freshest ingredients. Rest assured that the items that show up on their menu are always appetising. Croissant with corn, buttered egg, and prawn head butter, or foie gras with eel and burnt garlic, anyone? A la carte items are also available from their all-day breakfast menu.

Brunch is on Sundays from 11 to 3pm.

Salted and Hung
Brace your bellies for a weekend Brunch Hang Out at Salted and Hung, a contemporary Australian restaurant which emphasises in-house curing and grilling. At SGD58 per person, the free-flow food buffet provides serious bang for your buck. Start at their charcuterie and antipasti bar before moving on to the full brunch menu, which has three small plates, six large sharing plates, and three dessert options. Dishes like smoked halibut and caviar crostini, wagyu ragu with homemade pasta and beet fat crumbs, and French toast doughnuts make an indulgent meal. Add on SGD20 for free-flow non-alcoholic beverages, or SGD30 for 2 hours of beer, Prosecco, and house wine. Brunch ends at 4pm, so you can eat, rest, repeat.

FOC Restaurant
The brainchild of Michelin-starred chef Nandu Jubany, the always-crowded FOC Restaurant is much loved for its reliable Catalan-influenced dishes and lively atmosphere. They are now open for their Saturday Overflow brunch, where diners can enjoy all the favourites from their a la carte menu. Alcoholics, though, will rejoice most, as the icing on the cake is their free-flow sangria and cava available for just SGD48.

Brunch is on Saturdays from 12 to 2pm.

Lolla
We're not surprised that hole-in-the-wall Mediterranean restaurant Lolla is going strong, with advance reservations required to secure a table. The acclaimed restaurant shines with its simple yet inspired small plates which use the finest ingredients and seasonal produce. They're now open for brunch on Sundays with exclusive brunch-only dishes like baked Shropshire blue cheese omelette, beef tongue hash, and crab lasagne. Selected perennial favourites such as their famed sea urchin pudding are also available.

BoCHINche
Go big or go home with brunch at BoCHINche. The modern Argentinean restaurant is a popular convivial social setting and has established itself as a destination for bold flavours, quality ingredients, and creative dishes. Put any blues from the work week aside with dishes like the brioche French toast with house cooked ham and bacon ice cream and their classic wood and charcoal grilled steaks.

Birds of a Feather
Hip modern Asian restaurant Birds of a Feather, which carries a Sichuan influence, now serves brunch as well. When it first opened, the restaurant stood out for its elegant presentation of Asian fusion dishes with a twist, and diners can expect the same from their brunch menu. Try the Big Bird 1st, which is their take on an eggs benedict, or the Bird's Skillet, which contains spicy chorizo, bacon, baby potatoes, camembert, cheddar, and eggs in a pickled red chili tomato sauce. If you're extra-lethargic or simply feel like having brunch for dinner, their menu is available until 9.30pm.
