Zouk Singapore is launching Red Tail Bar, its first ever restaurant and bar concept, along the Clarke Quay Cannary Block. Located right in the heart of the Singaporean nightlife scene, Red Tail is slated to be the place for ‘The Drama Before the Party’, the perfect place for a spot of pre-drinks before a fun night out.

If you’re somewhat over boring tapas and unsurprising bar food options, Red Tail’s menu, which features a diverse Asian cuisine influence (Southeast Asian, Japanese, you name it), might just whet your palate. It features a selection of contemporary Asian favourites and sharing plates, alongside great craft cocktails, beers and wines.

Helming the kitchen is Head Chef Chan Kar Meng with extensive international, culinary training and experience spanning across cities in Australia and Singapore. You can expect mouthwatering Asian-fusion dishes like Yun Cheong Thin Crust Pizza, Fried Chicken Skin, and even Shoe String Fries that come with a side of ‘Lup Cheong’ and cheese as condiments. Shiok.
