Located along the idyllic Keppel Bey, Privé is a waterfront dining establishment known for its impeccable service and contemporary French cuisine. The restaurant, in particular, specialises in charcoal-grilled meats (we recommend trying their steaks!) and you can opt to dine al fresco or indoors. For a meal experience you truly won't regret, give the Premium Black Angus Tenderloin (SGD58) a go. Smith Marine Floating Kelong Restaurant
The Smith Marine Floating Kelong Restaurant is the first of its kind in Singapore. It is the most recent extension of Smith Marine, an aquaculture farm - or colloquially known as a 'kelong' in the local Singaporean context. To get here, you'll need to make a 10-minute journey by boat, but boy - the panoramic views of the sea is quite worth the trip! The restaurant allows diners to fish for their own catch and have the chefs cook it thereafter. Located right in the middle of the sea, this rustic restaurant makes for the ultimate relaxed dining experience, complete with salty sea breezes. Why dine by the waterfront, when you can actually dine on water?
