With the upcoming Chinese New Year, all of us are occupied with planning the perfect lunch or dinner for our guests. Here’s an idea: try a pineapple-themed luncheon or soirée!

The fruit, bursting with delectable juice, will refresh you and your guests under this Singapore sun. Better yet, a cup of pineapple chunks only contains around 80 calories but it comes with a list of health benefits. Consuming pineapples decreases risk of obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and it promotes good hair and skin complexion – giving us more reasons to love it.
