Easy Pies & Tarts Recipes: Potato Pie with Garlic Sausage

A delicious recipe that will delight your palate!

Potato and garlic sausage

Preparation Time: 20min

Cooking Time: 40 min

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 pure butter puff pastry packets
  • 300g Garlic Sausages
  • 5 Potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 button mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons fresh cream soup
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 egg-yolk
  • Table Salt

Method:

1. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 20 minutes. Let them cool, then peel the potatoes and cut them into slices

2. Scroll cook the eggs for 10 minutes in boiling water. Put them under cold water and then peel them. Cut into slices

3. Preheat oven to 200°C

4. Wipe clean mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Finely chop the parsley. Cut the garlic sausage into small cubes

5. In a bowl, mix four tablespoons of sour cream and chopped parsley. Mix with salt and pepper

6. Spread out the puff pastry in a cake pan and prick the bottom and sides to prevent it from swelling during cooking. Fill the pie shell with sliced ​​potato, egg, slices of mushroom and diced garlic sausage. Spread two tablespoons of parsley cream. Finish with a layer of cream and spread over the second puff pastry. Solder the edges well

7. Brush the egg yolk onto the completed pastry and bake for 18-20 minutes, whilst constantly checking

Tip: Serve with mesclun.
