Ingredients:

4 Salmon filets
Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce
¼ Butter
Salt & Pepper to taste

Method:

1. Marinate Salmon filets with Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce generously, salt and pepper. Leave aside for at least 30 minutes.

2. Pan-fry the salmon filets on each side on medium high heat till brown.

3. Glaze it with one more layer of Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce, then pop it into preheated oven of 150 Celsius for 10 minutes.

4. Remove from oven, garnish and it’s ready to be served!

Note: As Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce contains sugar, it will caramelize very quickly. Keep a watchful eye, so the sides or not get burnt. You want It brown, not burnt!
