Slimming recipe: cold cucumber soup

Preparation time: 5 min

Ingredients (4 people):

• 1 cucumber
• Plain yogurt, stirred
• 10 Mint leaves
• Curry, Turmeric
• Pepper

Method:

1) Peel the cucumber
2) Mix the cucumber with mint, yogurt, a pinch of salt, pepper and spices

Tip:

If the soup is too thick, add a little water. For a spicier soup, add a dash of Tabasco.
