Recipe: Beef Skewers Salad

Love the beef satay? Here’s the perfect accompanying salad – courtesy of our own CHEF IN HEELS Simbian Chua.
Serves 2 | Takes 20 minutes
Ingredients:
300g of mixed salad leaves
2 eggs
1 handful of baby carrots
1 handful of cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsp of parmesan cheese
Sauce
1/2 can of tuna in water
1 Tbsp of mayonnaise
1 Tbsp of honey mustard sauce
1 Tbsp of roasted sesame sauce
1 Tsp of honey
Method:
1. Mix the sauce in a bowl.
2. Steam the baby carrots till soft and boil the eggs.
3. Mix the vegetables and leaves in a bowl and stir in the sauce evenly
4. Don’t forget to top it off with those thick and juicy Satay skewers!
