‘The Eden of pan-seared scallops’ recipe

Serves 2 | Takes 15 minutes
Ingredients:
10 Medium scallops
6 Shrimps
Some salad leaves
Some cut fruits
Pepper
Salt
Olive oil
Sauce Ingredients:
3 Stalks of English parsley
¼ Lemon juice
2 Drizzles of extra virgin olive oil
Method:
- Prepare the sauce beforehand by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a food processor.
- Leave the sauce in room temperature and move on to the next step.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the scallops.
- Pan fry the scallops for 3 minutes on each side or until it is cooked thoroughly.
- Boil the shrimps in boiling water until it is cooked.
- Place the salad leaves and cut fruits on the plate.
- Assemble the scallops and shrimps on top.
- Drizzle the Parsley olive oil and serve.
