‘The Eden of pan-seared scallops’ recipe

CHEF IN HEELS Simbian Chua presents her easy-to-prepare recipe. Perfect as an appetizer – only the freshest ingredients are recommended for this dish!

Serves 2 | Takes 15 minutes

Ingredients:

10 Medium scallops
6 Shrimps
Some salad leaves
Some cut fruits
Pepper
Salt
Olive oil

Sauce Ingredients:

3 Stalks of English parsley
¼ Lemon juice
2 Drizzles of extra virgin olive oil

Method:

  1. Prepare the sauce beforehand by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Leave the sauce in room temperature and move on to the next step.
  3. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the scallops.
  4. Pan fry the scallops for 3 minutes on each side or until it is cooked thoroughly.
  5. Boil the shrimps in boiling water until it is cooked.
  6. Place the salad leaves and cut fruits on the plate.
  7. Assemble the scallops and shrimps on top.
  8. Drizzle the Parsley olive oil and serve.
