Salmon is one of those foods that are good for the tastebuds and the body alike. The popular fish contains a multitude of nutrition, including easily digestible proteins (amino acids), cholesterol-battling Omega-3, and an array of vitamins D, A and B. It’s also rich in minerals such as iron and calcium. Girls especially would want to know that salmon contains Selenium, a mineral crucial to the metabolism of tissues, hair and nails.
But with a vast list of health benefits, we are guilty of eating our favourite fish in the same old ways.
