Everything looks better with heels but why must they be so painful? Here’s a brief routine to help alleviate your feet from that post-stiletto pain!

There’s been a BuzzFeed video circulating that shows men trying to walk in heels for the first time. They all concluded that these towering monstrosities are painful and empathised dearly with women.

While these men only had to do it once, us girls wear heels all the time, sometimes 7 days a week. Sure there are times where we choose to wear flats, but whatever the outfit of the day is: a tight dress, a pair of jeans, shorts… they all look sexier with heels!
