Available as gel or juice, Aloe Vera strengthens immunity, takes care of the skin and makes digestion easier.

to PREPARe AT HOME:

Keep it always at hand.

Its gel is more effective when it is ultra cool. To have it all year long, it is better to have an aloe plant at home.

In a jar, it can be preserved for several years. Cut a leaf, remove its skin and press the pulp. It is only for long-term external medical use.

For light cooking:

Mixed or cut into small cubes, its clear pulp can be incorporated into a sauce, a fruit salad or a vegetable stir fry.

Be careful not to get the irritating yellow juice, which oozes from the bark.
