Did the blood pressure monitor go into a panic during your last check-up? Professor Jacques Blacher advises us on how to naturally reduce our blood pressure.

Blood pressure that exceeds the normal limit of 14/9 is an indicator of cardiovascular risk. If medicine exists, they are not necessary and don’t work for everybody. Sometimes, a change of lifestyle can be just as effective.

ADD BLUEBERRY TO THE MENU TO PREVENT HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

According to a recent study published by Florida State University, this small berry, cousins of the açaï and the wolfberry, is an invaluable ally when it comes to preventing and regulating high blood pressure. The researchers were able to notice that menopausal women who consumed 22 grams of powdered blueberry a day saw their blood pressure decrease after only eight weeks. According to the scientists, this fruit presents an interesting alternative to the current medical treatments. The blueberry can be consumed fresh or frozen.
