Consumed in excess, sugar harms. But remove it entirely from our diet is a real torture. The solution ? Remove “unnecessary” sugars to stay fit while having fun.

Excess sugar is now regarded, rightly, as being responsible for almost all our ills. Our weight, fatigue, wrinkles and diabetes – it is the totality of our body that suffers of our sweet impulses.
