No, what you’re reading is not a mistake. There are many things that seem too good to be true, but this is not one of them. There are, in fact, many types of food that will not make you fat or put on the pounds, and are famous for their negative-caloric properties. This is only possible because the amount of calories burnt by your body digesting these foods totals to more than the number of calories taken in when you eat them, therefore resulting in a loss in calories instead of a gain.

These are the types of food you should be reaching for when your tummy is whining for a snack but you know you don’t need one. Many times we indulge in unhealthy ones thinking that we won’t do it again, but we do. It’s time to incorporate some healthy habits into our lifestyles by munching on these healthier alternatives instead. Feel free to eat as much as you want, but don’t forget to leave some space for your main meals!
