Just one smart food swap can make a difference to your overall well-being. Here are 6 to get you started.

Dangerous diets, bizarre weight loss devices, rigorous exercise regimes… loosing weight and keeping fit does NOT have to be so complicated. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the difference. Don’t waste time, money and effort on something with empty promises when a simple change to your diet can make a world of difference just as easily.

Eating healthier doesn’t mean you have to give up your favourite foods. Perhaps instead of banishing bread from your diet, you could reach for wholemeal bread instead. Craving ice cream? A yogurt will satiate and cool you down just as well, minus the calories.
